The system is designed to preserve product integrity throughout the entire distribution process, making it well-suited for food supply chains, pharmaceuticals, healthcare products, and other temperature-sensitive goods. By integrating advanced insulation technology with practical logistics solutions, this 3QX Smart Cold Chain Solution enhances reliability, safety, and overall quality assurance in cold-chain operations.
SYSTEM FEATURES
DNP (Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd.) has developed and commercialized advanced materials and technologies for insulated thermal boxes, which are widely used across Japan.
3QX has conducted extensive simulation testing of the thermal insulation boxes across multiple applications and temperature ranges, from chilled to frozen conditions, to assess performance under varying environments.
To further assess the suitability of the solution, 3QX conducts Proof of Concept (PoC) testing with clients for each temperature-controlled delivery scenario. This process assesses the feasibility of the insulation boxes, tests key operational assumptions, and examines the practical value of the solution in real-world conditions.
