1. What is the DMaaS (Delivery Management as a Service)?
Delivery Management as a Service or DMaaS is a cloud-based software platform and service operated by 3Q Dash Technolox, Inc. designed to assist Transporters in their delivery operations. The DMaaS is available as a web-based software application and a mobile application. Transporters can avail of the DMaaS services by signing up and subscribing to the service.
2. What can DMaaS do?
With the DMaaS, Transporters can manage their delivery operations online by:
a) Uploading delivery job orders and assigning them directly to registered drivers through the mobile application.
b) Monitoring the status of delivery job orders from pick-up to final delivery completion.
c) Tracking the location of drivers as they perform their delivery jobs.
d) Determining the most efficient routes to pass from pick-up to delivery locations.
e) Documenting proof of delivery (POD) and proof of completion through pictures, one-time pins or QR codes.
f) Reporting performance of the Transporter’s weekly, monthly or yearly delivery operations through stored data and statistics for review and analysis.
3. Are there any vehicle requirements for us to subscribe?
None. The DMaaS can be used with any kind of land-based delivery vehicle, as long as you have delivery and/or pick-up operations (bicycle, motorcycles, cars, vans, trucks, etc.).
4. Is DMaaS important to our Delivery business?
Yes! Aside from providing helping you achieve hassle-free and a smooth flow of deliveries, the DMaaS can increase sales and productivity. Through the DMaaS, drivers can expect faster and more efficient routes for delivery for a faster turnaround time. You can also improve productivity as you no longer need to call or text, and wait for your drivers’ update on their location and status of their assigned delivery jobs. Just view your Administrator Dashboard on your computer for real-time visibility and updates. By improving the productivity of your dispatchers and drivers, you can save time and money, so you can focus on other important matters.
5. Our business operations are outside the NCR, can we use your software for our deliveries in provincial areas in the Visayas or Mindanao?
Yes, while our office is based in NCR, our software can be used in provincial areas as it is a web-based application.
6. What are the perks that we can get if we will subscribe to DMaaS?
We are currently finalizing partnership agreements with Petroleum companies, Vehicle repair shops, Insurance providers for special rates and discounts to all subscribers. Once finalized, the list of subscriber benefits and perks will be featured on our website.
7. What should the drivers have to use for DMaaS?
Aside from their valid driver’s license, drivers will need the following to properly use the DMaaS:
a) Android smartphone (at least Android 7 version, GPS ready, with working camera
b) Internet data connection (*1)
c) Valid email address

8. Is it really true that we can use DMaaS for 1 month free?
Yes, so that clients can experience the full service and the benefits of using DMaaS without releasing any fees. Just register in 3QX website and wait for the call from 3QX administrator for the next step.
9. How much is the subscription fee to use DMaaS?
At the end of the 1-month free trial period, you will need to pay the following subscription fee per license
(active driver). One license allows you to assign delivery jobs to one active driver at a time per day.
Php 15,000/year (Php1,250/month)
or Php1,500/month
10. What is a license?
“License” refers to the grant to use the DMaaS by an active driver whose delivery operations are tracked by the platform. A Transporter shall assign one license for every vehicle driver performing delivery job assignments. The DMaaS allows for multiple delivery drops in each delivery job assignment.
11. Will the use of DMaaS be restricted during the free trial period? How many drivers can we register and how many transaction we can create during the free trial?
No. During the free trial period, you can register as many drivers and create as many delivery job assignments as needed.
12. Can I request for additional functions or features for the DMaaS?
Yes, you may, but the inclusion of additional features will be subject to further discussion, review and approval.
13. Will there be a need to install a device in our vehicles?
No. GPS tracking is done through the mobile device GPS connection and delivery updates are performed by the driver through the proper use of mobile application.
14. Will we be taught on how to use the DMaaS?
Yes, once you sign up to use the DMaaS, we will schedule an orientation and training session for you and your drivers.
15. Is there a minimum number of vehicles required for us to subscribe?
None, but it would be better to subscribe more vehicles for you to enjoy the benefits of using DMaaS.
16. What if we encounter problems during our operations while using the DMaaS, who will help us?
You may contact the 3QX Administrator via email, phone call or text messages and we will attend to your concerns as soon as possible.
17. I'm interested in availing a free trial. How do I get started?
You may subscribe directly at 3QX website and we will assist you in getting your DMaaS access set up as soon as possible.
